    • Web Interface Access: If you can’t access the admin panel, connect directly to the plug and go to 192.168.8.1 in your browser. Use the default login credentials, usually admin/admin.
  • Reboot S20: Rebooting S20 router device will resolve several issues. Unplug the power and plug-in back after 20 seconds to reboot the device.
  • Firmware Update: Firmware update will be the next step. Check the device firmware by opening the web interface or app. Then update the firmware and reboot the device to resolve the issue.
