However, whether you received an FUE or FUT transplant, the two-month mark is one to celebrate. Most parts of the scalp have healed, the follicles are firmly entrenched in their new homes, and the stage is being set for new hair growth.

Physical Recovery at Two Months: Where You Stand

By the two-month mark, your scalp has largely healed on the surface, though deeper healing continues. Any lingering redness in the recipient area has usually faded, and the donor area (FUE or FUT) is fully closed and integrated. However, this stage is not without its challenges.
